Overview

You will join the HR People & ERP application platform within the Governance Functions Domain of Group Technology. You will be responsible for designing and defining application and architectural solutions to support the HR department of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the largest private employers in Italy. You will contribute to the evolution of HR systems by integrating modern cloud and on-premise solutions from market leaders. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors who will support you in your role.

What your activities will be

  • Design, define, and contribute to the evolution of data architectural solutions for HR digital transformation
  • Collaborate with the Design Authority team in the Data Governance process, ensuring adherence to architecture and the sustainability of solutions
  • Govern the data model and data retention in compliance with company regulations
  • Manage relationships with HR business owners for requirements analysis and with other internal and external stakeholders involved in company and project processes
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define project progress status, identify and address critical issues, and proactively manage project risks
  • Ensure the consistency of managed project activities with company standards and regulations, with reference, for example, to Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management, Data Management, and Data Governance

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the role, possibly with knowledge of the HR field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines
  • Experience in defining and evaluating data architectures
  • Knowledge of data modeling tools and principles
  • Knowledge of database architectures, analytics, and integration models within information systems
  • Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance methodologies
  • Experience in optimizing and validating estimates and project plans in the data field
  • English level minimum B1

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Databricks
  • PowerBI
  • SQL language
  • SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere
  • SAP BW and SAP BO
  • HR functional context
  • Intesa Sanpaolo work context
