Overview
Within the Central Credit Governance Department, you will have the opportunity to support the team in activities related to the analysis, monitoring, and support of processes connected to credit risk management. This internship will allow you to develop operational and analytical skills regarding the main tools and logic used to support the definition of credit strategies, the evolution of the cost of credit, and the project initiatives of the Chief Lending Officer Governance Area.
What your activities will be
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to assist and support the department team in the following activities:
- Support in the collection, organization, and interpretation of data related to the credit portfolio and the evolution of the cost of credit at the Group level
- Collaboration in the preparation of analyses, reporting, and summary materials to support the Chief Lending Officer and the involved corporate structures
- Assistance in monitoring and control activities related to the Area's strategic and project initiatives
- Contribution to the development and dissemination of tools and initiatives aimed at strengthening credit culture
- Operational support in document management, updating information databases, and preparing evidence useful for decision-making processes
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- Master's degree in Management Engineering or in an economic, statistical, mathematical, or IT field
- Interest in credit, risk, data analysis, and decision-making processes in the banking sector
- Knowledge of the main data analysis tools, Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Analytical skills, precision, and attention to data quality
