We are looking for a full-time employee to join us immediately:
Warehouse Associate / Deputy Shift Lead Pharma in Shift Operations (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring material supply for production and packaging, including picking
- Executing material bookings in the SAP system
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods as well as managing consumables
- Compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines as well as applicable SOPs
- Acting as a deputy for the Shift Lead
- Compliance with operating instructions regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- General warehouse tasks and willingness to provide coverage in the external warehouse
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Initial experience in team leadership is an advantage
- Resilient, flexible, and self-motivated personality
- High level of personal responsibility, structured working style, and strong prioritization skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage
- Forklift license and safe handling of high-bay racks up to approx. 15 meters is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts as needed

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 42.777,14 gross per year. Depending on the successful candidate's qualification profile and professional experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
