Job Summary: As a Visual Evaluation Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and annotate visual content for quality, aesthetics, and usefulness using project guidelines.
  2. Provide detailed, objective feedback on image content to support AI training improvements.
  3. Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or suboptimal visuals across diverse datasets.
  4. Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess image composition, clarity, and adherence to standards.
  5. Communicate findings clearly in written English with well-reasoned justifications and suggestions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine criteria and processes for visual content review.
  7. Support continuous enhancement of AI model accuracy by delivering precise, timely evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in visual content evaluation, digital media, or a related field.
  2. Commit to dedicate at least 15 hours a week.
  3. Exceptional written English communication abilities, with a very high language proficiency.
  4. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail in reviewing visual materials.
  5. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make objective, data-driven decisions.
  6. Familiarity with digital image formats, quality standards, and basic visual design principles.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage high-volume evaluation tasks remotely.
  8. Comfort with providing constructive, actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  9. Background in any of the following fields is highly desired: design, architecture, UX/UI, product design, photography, videography, visual arts, motion graphics, animation, illustration, branding, cinematography, creative direction, visual communication, industrial design, game design, digital arts, and human-computer interaction (HCI)
