We'll support your full-time retraining starting September 2026 and pay your training salary on top of that. After successfully completing your training, a job awaits you in our technical team at Zalando Logistics in Lahr.

In the 16-month classroom retraining starting September 2026 in Offenburg, you'll learn to set up, commission, operate, and maintain machines and systems.

You'll gain insights into quality assurance, workplace safety, and material flow management – with intensive support and practical, hands-on training.

You'll be employed by Zalando throughout the entire period and receive a salary – a secure foundation for your professional retraining.

After successfully completing your training, we look forward to welcoming you as a team member at Zalando Logistics Lahr. Together with your team, you'll ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly and the workplace at Zalando Logistics Lahr remains safe.

WE'D LIKE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF…

You enjoy working with technology, have manual dexterity, and good spatial reasoning skills

You have German language skills at least at B2 level

You have at least a secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification

You don't have a completed vocational training yet, or haven't worked in your trained profession for at least 4 years and don't see a way to return to it (individual assessment by the employment agency)

Our logistics employees ensure that more than 50 million customers across 25 European markets receive seamless and reliable service every day. Zalando now operates a growing European logistics network with currently twelve locations in seven countries. In Germany alone, thousands of employees from over 100 nations work at several Zalando Logistics locations.
The logistics center in Lahr in the Black Forest is the newest of our German locations. The 130,000 square meter facility sets new industry standards and combines state-of-the-art infrastructure with smart thinking and great team spirit.
We shipped our first package from the Black Forest location in 2016 and provide jobs for around 2,500 colleagues. In addition to entry-level opportunities in warehouse logistics, we're also looking for interested candidates in administration and technical departments in Lahr.
