🎯 Role Mission: The person in the Treasury Specialist position will have a direct impact on Cabify's financial health. Their mission will be to ensure the operational efficiency of our banking position and the accuracy of cash flow execution, acting as a strategic bridge between local businesses and the global financial vision of the first Spanish unicorn.
🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?:

You will manage the control of the daily banking position and monitor and execute the weekly Cash Flow.

You will lead the execution of daily and weekly payments with maximum precision.

You will coordinate the Cash Flow process for all our markets, preparing consolidated reports that facilitate decision-making.

You will prepare the direct Cash Flow based on the Financial Forecast.

You will monitor and track debt, both short and long-term.

You will maintain daily contact with banking entities to resolve operational issues and review expense/commission settlements.

You will provide key support in audit processes and assist both the Treasury Manager and Local Financial Managers.

You will propose optimization measures, controls, and improvements to treasury software tools.
🔍 What we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or similar finance fields.

Experience: Between 2 and 6 years of experience in Treasury departments, ideally in dynamic or multinational environments.

Technical Skills: Solid accounting knowledge to understand treasury-related flows. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.

Soft Skills: We are looking for a methodical, organized person with high analytical capacity, capable of enjoying a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
