Job Title: Tibetan Language Expert

Job Type: Contractor

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate, review, and edit Tibetan language content to ensure precision and cultural appropriateness.
  2. Collaborate with AI trainers and linguists to enhance Tibetan language datasets for machine learning.
  3. Provide detailed linguistic annotations and feedback on AI-generated Tibetan text.
  4. Develop guidelines and quality benchmarks for Tibetan language data.
  5. Conduct comprehensive linguistic analysis to inform AI model improvements.
  6. Support written and verbal communication initiatives with the customer’s team.
  7. Assist in training and evaluating AI models focused on Tibetan language processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native proficiency in Tibetan, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with digital tools for translation and language data management.
  3. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency.
