Overview
Join Intesa Sanpaolo Protezione's Tender Management Office and oversee public and private procurement procedures in the Property & Casualty division. You will manage the entire tender participation process, from analyzing documentation and assessing alignment with company strategy, to preparing administrative documentation and coordinating with involved departments. You will work with other Company structures to define technical proposals, manage post-submission phases, and maintain qualification portals and systems, contributing to the effectiveness and robustness of the tender process.
What your activities will be
- Analyze tender documentation to assess whether the selection subject aligns with the Company's strategic direction, identifying the most appropriate participation structure
- Prepare the administrative documentation required for tender participation, also interacting with other internal departments and/or third parties
- Support other company functions involved in the tender process in preparing the technical proposal to be submitted, with particular attention to sections with legal/contractual implications
- Manage post-submission activities (such as participation in tender sessions) and, in case of award, contract assignment (for example: preparation of proof, access to documents, drafting of offer justifications with contributions from other offices involved in the offer process, contract verification and execution, etc.)
- Manage registration/maintenance of Access Portals to procedures/Qualification Systems
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- at least 5 years of experience in the role
- degree in Law
- in-depth knowledge of tender regulations
- excellent use of Word
- good use of Excel
