149 rooms, a restaurant, a bar – and all technical equipment, systems, and small details running smoothly. That is the goal. You will work hand-in-hand with your team, and together you will ensure that employees and our guests always have light and Wi-Fi, and that the oven in the kitchen never stays cold. We are looking forward to having you as the Manager (m/f/d) for the technical management of the hotel.
Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You ensure that all equipment in the building is functioning at all times and, if not, that a quick remedy is found
- You participate in budget preparation and keep an entrepreneurial eye on your department
- You support various projects in the hotel and step in when one of your team members is on vacation
- Together with the Occupational Safety Specialist, you ensure a safe environment for our colleagues and guests
- As a trained technician, you keep an overview when one project follows the next and the heating and Wi-Fi fail at the same time
Qualifications

- You have professional experience in a similar role and a completed technical education
- You enjoy not only working behind the scenes but also being in contact with our guests
- You bring organizational talent, consistency, and a team-oriented mindset to optimally support your colleagues in staff management
