System Engineer (m/f) for mobile and virtual technologies
(work location: Zagreb)
What awaits you in this position?
The position involves testing, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing SW and HW technical solutions for the Bank's IT system.
This includes:
- implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems based on Microsoft, mobile (MDM - Mobile Device Management), and Citrix virtualization technologies
- knowledge and use of scripting languages (e.g., Powershell)
- knowledge and use of artificial intelligence programs (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- implementation, testing, and maintenance of Windows servers and associated services
- participation in projects for the implementation of new IT solutions for the Bank and Group members
- participation in work with end VIP users
- contacting key users, analyzing requirements, analyzing results, and making proposals for optimization
- monitoring technology and acquiring new knowledge
- coordination with other organizational units and project teams, and reporting
- organization and systematization of project documentation, work processes, and instructions
- creation and revision of documentation, i.e., user manuals
- regular reporting on achieved work results, recording of activities and work tasks
Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are as follows:
- completed at least a bachelor's degree (VŠS) in a technical field (FER, VVG, FOI, FESB, PMF, Algebra, TVZ, or related faculties/colleges)
- knowledge of MS Office tools
- experience in communicating with VIP users and colleagues in project teams
- B category driver's license
- good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
It is desirable that candidates also possess the following knowledge/traits:
- knowledge of the most important network protocols
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- professional Microsoft certifications
- reliability and responsibility, high level of commitment to work
- self-initiative and ability to solve problems independently
- aptitude for team and project work
- communication skills
- readiness for continuous acquisition of new knowledge
