🎯 Position Objective
Supervise and coordinate the operations of the shared transportation team at the airport, guaranteeing an efficient, safe, and high-quality service for passengers.
🚀 What You Will Do
Supervision and Leadership
- Lead and motivate the team of coordinators, customer service representatives, and drivers, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Train and evaluate the team to foster their development and improve performance.
- Promote and safeguard the brand image and values.
Operational Management
- Coordinate daily activities of the shared transportation service, ensuring compliance with schedules and routes.
- Monitor service performance and make quick decisions in case of incidents.
- Meet sales and service quality objectives
- Perform cash reconciliations
Customer Service & Quality
- Guarantee excellent service, managing inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Collect and analyze feedback to implement improvements in the passenger experience.
Control & Reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Prepare performance reports, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and sales to optimize the service.
✨ What We Are Looking For
- Experience supervising operational teams, preferably in transportation, logistics, or airports. Not mandatory.
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in real time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge in fleet management, logistics, or operational planning.
- Experience with cash handling, reconciliations, and cash closures

Salary Offer:
Estimated net total: $1.500.000 (minus corresponding legal deductions)
Breakdown:
Monthly base salary: $1.130.000
- Meal and mobility allowance: $155.500
- Legal bonus: 25% (with legal cap)
- Performance bonus: $345.000
