Are you a strategic thinker who wants to help organizations achieve real breakthroughs? At &samhoud, you will work on complex transformations at leading organizations. You understand that real change is not just about processes and data, but about people. At the same time, you see how AI and technology play an increasingly important role in accelerating strategy and innovation – and you enjoy applying these possibilities yourself.

As a Consultant Strategy & Change, you combine sharp analysis with creative solutions and ensure successful implementations. You work on strategic issues that only succeed if people are truly set in motion. That is why you help organizations not only to develop future-proof strategies, but also to strengthen the leadership, collaboration, and culture needed to realize that strategy. In doing so, you work with colleagues who, like you, are driven by substance, impact, and personal growth. People who get energy from complex issues, know how to bring others along in change, and enthusiastically build sustainable results.

What will you do?

  • You analyze complex change issues at large organizations and translate them into smart, effective solutions with an eye for the role AI can play in this. You are given plenty of room to contribute your innovative ideas, and at the same time, you learn from colleagues with a wealth of experience.
  • You work on strategic change trajectories and translate abstract plans into concrete steps, working methods, and interventions.
  • You use AI tools to analyze complex issues faster and smarter.
  • You organize and facilitate client meetings, ensuring a sharp and impactful session. In doing so, you create momentum and engagement: you know how to connect people and unleash energy around change.
  • You are a key figure in projects: colleagues and clients call you because you know exactly what is going on. You also ensure that results and deadlines are met and monitor that the project stays within budget.
  • Where possible, you take on extra initiatives, such as developing training courses, writing articles, or improving internal processes.

Who are you?

  • You get excited about change management issues within large organizations.
  • You have strong analytical skills and quickly extract the core from both qualitative and quantitative data. You are also comfortable developing a good storyline.
  • You have a strong affinity with AI and enjoy applying this technology in your work. And do you have experience building AI agents or knowledge of generative AI? Then that is a great plus.
  • You are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and proactive. You see opportunities, take initiative, and are constantly looking for ways to deliver the most value in your projects.
  • You attach great value to personal development and see opportunities for innovation.
  • You can communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally (in Dutch and English).
  • You have completed a university bachelor's and master's degree with good grades (state your average on your CV).
  • You have gained relevant work experience during or after your studies, for example in consultancy, change management, or project management.

What do we offer you in return?

  • Continuous growth. We challenge you to grow. As an expert in your field. But, more importantly, as a person. Because knowing yourself is the best way to be successful. For example, the focus is on your personal and professional development in the form of training weeks, training moments, intervision with your peers, and regular coaching. Together with your manager, you determine your personal breakthroughs and reflect on them regularly. Sitting still is not really an option: just when you think you are in your comfort zone, you are pushed a step forward again.
  • Challenging work. We work for ambitious leaders of top organizations to solve strategic challenges. We encourage you to push your boundaries. For our clients and for yourself.
  • Strong purpose and culture. ‘Together we build a brighter future. We achieve breakthroughs by inspiring and connecting people’. Our higher purpose and our values have united us for over 35 years.
  • Freedom and responsibility. At &samhoud, we believe in freedom and responsibility. So it is up to you when you work and where you work. As long as you take the responsibility to achieve your goals. You can work at our offices in Utrecht, Amsterdam, or Rotterdam, work from home, and you get the chance to work as a digital nomad at a location elsewhere.
  • AI, technology, and creativity. We utilize AI, technology, and data with innovative tools. Our in-house creative studio enables consultants to realize impactful transformations. This offers an inspiring work environment where you will enjoy working.
  • A good salary and secondary employment conditions. And should you work with us for 4 years, you have the opportunity to take a 3-month paid sabbatical.

Our culture is best described by our core values intensity, authenticity, friendship and playfulness, with which we offer an innovative, creative, and special work environment that is also diverse and inclusive. We value and respect everyone for their unique background, experience, and perspective. We want to be a place where everyone can be themselves, regardless of where you come from, who you are, what you look like, or what you need to perform. Only then can we work together with colleagues and clients on a brighter future.
