About the role:
Are you ready to lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting our iconic brand? You will deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the minimalist and sensual point of view of our brand. You will contribute to the overall business success of your store and uphold the standards and visuals of the CALVIN KLEIN brand. You will oversee the key operational functions and help the store manager improve results and maintain an effective, motivated team. As Assistant Store Manager, you will hold a key management position: you will implement business strategies, ensure daily sales goals are met and foster a motivating and inclusive work environment within the team. What you will do:
- Customer experience leader: Enhance every customer interaction by welcoming them. Spark conversations that drive sales and build a connection with the brand.
- Keyholder and acting leader: As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, tracking daily results, coaching associates and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Brand ambassador: Stay up to date on our unique and timeless fashion. Represent our brand to our customers and create lifelong fans.
- Visual specialist: Work on the sales floor by handling restocking and merchandising, and more, in line with our brand vision.
- Social influencer: Show pride, dedication and passion for our brand and our customers. Embrace uniqueness, inclusion and teamwork.
What you will bring:

A friendly attitude and strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent ability to lead by example, handle difficult situations, solve problems proactively and ensure smooth daily operations

Previous experience as an assistant manager in retail or a similar keyholder leadership position.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, stretch and squat for extended periods and to lift up to 20 pounds.
