This takes place within a cleanroom environment, where hygiene and safety are of paramount importance.

In consultation with the Work Planners, you schedule operational activities. For this, you independently maintain contact with internal and external parties and coordinate and supervise their work. You provide training and advice on technical aspects and provide input for drafting changes, regulations, work instructions, documentation, and maintenance plans.

You coach and support other technicians in resolving technically complex malfunctions in a structured manner.

  • Planning operational activities, discussing with the Work Planner if necessary.

  • Independently maintaining contact with external parties and coordinating and supervising their work.

  • You are involved in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, modifications, and provide advice and support during the execution of maintenance and investment projects.

  • Providing training and advice on technical aspects, providing input for drafting changes, procedures, documentation, and maintenance plans.

Your profile

  • Minimum completed MBO4 education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electronics/Control Engineering.

  • At least five years of work experience in a similar role, preferably, though not necessarily, within a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical environment where work is performed according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.

  • Specialist professional knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrotechnical, and industrial automation fields, all completed with a certificate or diploma.

  • Experience in supervising and coaching Technicians.

  • NEN3140 certified.

  • Skilled in writing reports and procedures.

  • Ability to understand and read technical documents in Dutch and English.

  • Good verbal and written skills in Dutch and English.

  • Willingness to work in a shift schedule and participate in on-call duty.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you are proactive, a strong communicator, and besides the hands-on work, you find satisfaction in coaching and guiding fellow technicians. You are organizationally strong, able to set priorities well, and working according to fixed procedures and guidelines is second nature to you.

Do you recognize yourself in the points mentioned, but not all of them? Apply anyway! We would love to have a conversation with you to discuss the possibilities.
