Position Description:
Proactively promote and introduce company products within designated regions, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with healthcare institutions, ensure achievement of all promotion targets set by the company, and secure the company's market share and growth rate for its products.
Job Responsibilities:
Regional Targets
- Achieve designated product performance targets, market share, and growth rates within assigned regions, and effectively utilize resources while controlling expenses
- Develop and implement visit plans for healthcare institutions according to company-specified coverage and visit frequency requirements
- Apply appropriate promotion techniques and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including addressing concerns) to healthcare institutions, ensuring they understand and accept the product's features and benefits
- Maintain high professional standards in visits, continuously improve healthcare institution satisfaction, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
- Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure growth in the company's product market share
- Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product hospital registration plans
- Organize distinctive academic activities to promote products in accordance with company promotion strategies
Regional Management
- Through regional target management, establish regional objectives and plans, achieve expected performance targets, market share, and growth rates, and develop potential markets within the region as much as possible
- Establish, timely update, provide feedback on, and maintain detailed and accurate healthcare institution records, and utilize these records to develop action plans, arrange visits, and effectively and fully utilize time
- Regularly analyze regional conditions and identify promising markets as development priorities for the region
- Timely inform healthcare institution medical and pharmaceutical personnel of information regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market developments
- Track and understand healthcare institution inventory and procurement situations to ensure reasonable inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- Ensure monthly product consumption at healthcare institutions and prevent product expiration and returns
- Cooperate with the marketing and business departments and maintain good business relationships with hospital experts to ensure success in bidding and medical insurance formulary reviews
- Understand competitive products and competitor activities, collect market information on competitors, promptly report to supervisors, and provide relevant suggestions
- Timely and accurately complete all required reports
- Effectively and reasonably utilize company expenses and resources
Product Knowledge
- Master comprehensive and continuously updated product knowledge to ensure product promotion information is consistent with the company's marketing department
- Through continuous learning, become familiar with product-related materials and apply them skillfully and flexibly
- Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion
- Read various medical journals, articles, and reports related to products
- Understand relevant knowledge of competitors' similar products
Professional Conduct
- Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs and financial systems in product promotion and daily work, and ensure personal conduct aligns with company ethical standards and principles
- Maintain a good professional image, dress according to professional standards, and conduct yourself in accordance with company requirements

- Actively participate in all team activities
- Share and exchange information with colleagues, help each other, and promote mutual development of individuals and teams
- Complete all temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Associate degree or above; Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative in hospitals; experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies preferred
