Inventory & Material Management
-
Monitoring material control activities to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
-
Managing inventory levels and implementing measures to prevent capacity bottlenecks and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Planning and implementing projects to optimize warehouse processes and structures.
-
Monitoring and executing GMP-relevant activities in the warehouse and logistics area, including cycle counting and independent checks during JIT re-labeling, as a key control point to ensure the integrity and compliance of all processes.

Coordinating disposal and destruction activities, including retain sample management, in accordance with approved procedures.
-
Conducting regular warehouse inspections to verify compliance, order, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness.

Monitoring material management, including proper handling and documentation.
-
Supporting SAP processes and acting as a key user for warehouse and inventory-related workflows.
-
Planning and coordinating material transfers between WAG and external WAG warehouses, taking into account available storage capacities as well as production and distribution planning.

Disposing of identified materials in accordance with WAG guidelines in close cooperation with warehouse personnel and the WAG EHS group.

Monitoring temperature-sensitive storage areas in external warehouses.
-
Managing purchase orders related to warehouse and distribution activities.

Calculating inventory values for insurance and financial reporting requirements.
Quality Systems and Compliance

Managing deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.

Coordinating complaint investigations and ensuring timely processing.

Creating, reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents.
-
Supporting the update of QMS chapters and quality-relevant documentation.
-
Supporting internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections.
-
Drafting audit responses and managing audit-related CAPAs.
-
Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and internal company quality standards.
-
Timely completion of all mandatory training according to the training plan.
Operational Excellence and Projects
-
Leading and supporting projects such as simulation studies, warehouse optimization initiatives, and process improvement programs.
-
Developing, monitoring, and maintaining operational and quality-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Supporting the development and implementation of distribution plans to ensure uninterrupted supply.
-
Identifying potential for process improvements and implementing sustainable optimization measures.
