Job Description

We are hiring a talented Senior Qualification Technician to help the development of the next generation of avionics systems.

As a Senior Qualification Technician, you will undertake a range of activities, including:

  • Leading and executing qualification testing for electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Developing and reviewing qualification plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Coordinating with design, systems, and test teams to ensure qualification requirements are met.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Advanced understanding of qualification principles, environmental testing, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and test data.
  • Skilled in using test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or relevant discipline).
  • Willingness to pursue further professional development or certification where appropriate

Additional Information

This role has a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 plus our flexible benefits package.

We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid - typically 3 days working in office) on a weekly basis or fully in our offices.
