From check-in to "goodbye": Our reception team at 25hours Hotel ensures happy guests from the first to the last moment, and at night you take on the responsibility. To support this department, we look forward to you as a Night Auditor (m/f/d).
Job Description
What does your workday look like …
- You ensure satisfied and enthusiastic guests at the reception even late at night
- You make sure the cash register is booked and the day is checked before everyone wakes up again
- You are available to guests at night as a contact person for all matters
- You conduct regular security rounds to ensure no one gets lost in the building and everything remains calm and safe
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have already gained initial relevant professional experience and speak fluent English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you've made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
