You work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

You build agentic workflows (tool-use/function calling, planner/executor, multi-agent patterns), define guardrails, and ensure reliable behavior

You develop RAG and retrieval architectures (embeddings, chunking strategies, re-ranking), systematically evaluate quality, and optimize latency/costs

You take on technical leadership in the project team when needed and share your knowledge (e.g., through training)

What sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
-
You have in-depth, practical knowledge of software development (e.g., with Python, Java, C#, TypeScript) and the use of AI in software engineering (e.g., Claude or Copilot)

You understand AI algorithms and ML fundamentals (e.g., classification, clustering, embeddings) and can evaluate AI systems
-
You have practical experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), as well as prompting and structured outputs
-
You are familiar with agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A
-
You work independently and actively contribute to the success of your project team

You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
