Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to work in agile squads, focusing on the development and maintenance of scalable microservices in a cloud environment (AWS). The ideal person for this position is passionate about technology, has strong communication and collaboration skills, and acts with technical leadership from story refinement to the design and delivery of robust solutions.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the technical refinement of stories with the product and engineering team.
- Design scalable and secure technical solutions, aligned with architectural best practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, focusing on performance and maintainability.
- Ensure code quality with automated tests and version control best practices.
- Work in a build-run model, also being responsible for the support of services in production.
- Collaborate with other engineers and coordinators for the continuous evolution of the microservices architecture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban), contributing with technical insights and product vision.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with Python and FastAPI
- Experience with GoLang
- Experience with microservices architecture and system integration
- Mastery of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience applying AI for development optimization
