About the team: B2B Mobility & Ads
Whoever joins will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for defining the value proposition for our corporate segment. The B2B segment is a key piece for our economic objectives, as the profitability and margins associated with corporate clients are considerably higher than those of the private segment.
Our mission is to acquire, activate, and retain corporate clients efficiently, ensuring sustainable long-term growth. We work cross-functionally to develop tailored solutions that go beyond ride-hailing, such as discount codes for events or shared routes, as well as managing Cabify Ads to optimize the value of our assets.
🎯 Role Mission
The selected person will play a key role within the B2B team, being responsible for accelerating the closure of high-value opportunities and their ramp up. The main focus is on acquiring high-value customers, leading complex sales processes from opportunity generation to contract closure.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

Lead the complete sales process for high-value accounts, from identification to closure.

Accelerate complex sales processes by ensuring structured pipeline follow-up and each negotiation stage.

Generate your own pipeline through strategic prospecting in premium accounts, priority industries, and bidding processes.

Collaborate with the SDR team to develop opportunities in higher-value accounts.

Lead commercial negotiations with key decision-makers (C-Level) within client organizations.

Manage and participate in private bidding processes (RFP/RFQ), coordinating proposal preparation and stakeholder relations.

Design and structure competitive commercial proposals, including pricing models and commercial terms.

Analyze the profitability of each opportunity ensuring business sustainability.

Identify new business opportunities within priority industries and generate commercial forecasts with clear pipeline visibility.

Solid experience in consultative B2B sales, especially in complex sales processes.

Demonstrated ability to close high-value accounts and manage long sales cycles.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive profiles.

Analytical mindset to structure commercial proposals and evaluate opportunity profitability.

Ability to work in a structured way managing opportunity pipeline and prioritizing strategic accounts.

Good understanding of business and ability to translate talent needs into viable commercial solutions.

Experience working with CRM and commercial management tools.
