Job Description

This is a role focused on marketing measurement and performance, tailored for an analytical profile that combines strategic vision with technical data expertise. You will be responsible for structuring and evolving how the company measures campaign results, defining ROI methodologies, attribution models and incrementality, as well as integrating multi-channel data and transforming analyses into scalable products. The role requires strong interaction with data teams, mastery of media metrics, and the ability to build benchmarks and insights that directly impact the business, contributing to increased efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

What we're looking for in you:

  • Experience in AdTech, Marketing Analytics, and/or Performance Marketing;
  • Knowledge of attribution models and incrementality testing;
  • Marketing Mix Modeling;
  • Media metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS...);
  • Ability to collaborate with data scientists and data analysts;
  • Experience with dashboards and analytical tools.

Your main responsibilities will be:

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Define standard methodology for calculating ROI of studies and campaigns;
  • Define the vision for the measurement stack (attribution, lift, incrementality);
  • Evolve manual reports into recurring measurement products;
  • Integrate multi-channel data;
  • Structure benchmarks by segment/industry;
  • Work with signals and models for performance feedback;
  • Ensure methodological consistency for the sales team and active client portfolio.

Success metrics you will track:

  • Time to generate post-campaign reports;
  • Customer satisfaction;
  • Contract renewal rate;
  • Increase in ticket value post-measurement.
