Job description

This is a position focused on marketing measurement and performance, aimed at an analytical profile that combines strategic vision with technical mastery of data. The person will be responsible for structuring and evolving how the company measures campaign results, defining ROI methodologies, attribution models, and incrementality, as well as integrating multichannel data and transforming analyses into scalable products. The role requires strong interaction with data teams, mastery of media metrics, and the ability to build benchmarks and insights that directly impact the business, contributing to increased efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in AdTech, Marketing Analytics, and/or Performance Marketing;
  • Knowledge of attribution models and incrementality testing;
  • Marketing Mix Modeling;
  • Media metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS..);
  • Ability to communicate with teams of data scientists and analysts;
  • Experience with dashboards and analytical tools.

  • Evolve manual reports into recurring measurement products;

  • Work with signals and models for performance feedback;
  • Ensure methodological consistency for the sales team and active client portfolio.
