- Perform product design work according to studio roadmap and squad initiatives
- Set UX improvement direction based on results from user research, data analysis, A/B testing, etc.
- Lead the product design process from user problem definition to solution development
- Design UX/UI and manage visual quality for enhanced global user experience of the service
- Cross-functional collaboration (PM, DEV, DA, etc.) to achieve product goals and business KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement of design system and component management
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
