About the area:
The Commercial Intelligence team's mission is to transform data into sales direction. We work to generate strategic and actionable insights, identify growth opportunities and levers, analyze commercial performance, support results-oriented decisions, and connect internal intelligence with market signals.
We are evolving from a reactive approach to becoming a continuous engine for commercial decisions, and for this, we are looking for someone to structure and lead the Market Intelligence front of the area.
The main challenge of the position, therefore, will be to transform market information into actionable commercial direction, connecting external movements, sector trends, growth opportunities, and market behavior with commercial strategy and leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
Main responsibilities:
• Structure the Market Intelligence front: define processes, rituals, and governance;
• Generate actionable commercial direction: identify growth opportunities, map sectors, accounts, and market movements, transform market signals into commercial hypotheses;
• Build intelligence products such as market radars, strategic account monitoring, and executive insights;
• Support commercial and executive leadership: build reports/presentations with strategic readings for leadership;
• Structure internal and external information sources: build processes for collecting and consolidating information, evaluate tools, sources, and automations to gain scale.
What we are looking for:
• Strategic, analytical profile with an action-oriented mindset;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Commercial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or related areas;
• Experience with market monitoring and automation tools;
• Experience with external data, scraping, or competitive intelligence;
• Strong ability to transform data into an executive narrative;
• Ability to connect market, business, and sales;
• Autonomy and a sense of ownership;
• Good ability to influence leadership.
