Senior/Principal Client Relationship Manager (m/f) in the SME Centre Dalmatia
(Place of work: Split)
The position covers the entire sales process, namely:
- contacting and acquiring new clients in the SME/SMALL segment in the Split-Dalmatia County area
- direct sales of risk and non-risk products
- collecting documentation and processing applications for risk products
- writing credit proposals and administering (contractual and other) documentation
- managing the existing client portfolio
- monitoring the entire business relationship with the client, taking into account the strategic guidelines of the Bank and the Group
Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:
- university degree in economics
- preferably at least two years of work experience in banking, in managing business relationships with SME clients and/or analysing financial statements of SME companies
- active knowledge of English, spoken and written
Ideal candidates for this position demonstrate:
- well-developed sales and communication skills
- independence and organisation in carrying out daily tasks
- inclination towards teamwork and cooperation with other organisational units of the Bank
- commitment to achieving agreed and planned goals
