We are looking for a Senior IT Solution Specialist (f/m/d) who will act as the interface between IT and the business at our production site in Unterschleißheim.
This is a hybrid full-time position, available immediately.
Your mission:

Automation & OT Infrastructure: You drive the standardization and automation of IT systems on the shopfloor (OT environment) and ensure their stable, regulatory-compliant operation.

Project and Service Management: You lead automation and IT initiatives from conception through to successful implementation on the shopfloor and continuously optimize our IT services.

Interface Competence (IT/OT): As a bridge builder between classic IT and automation technology, you translate business requirements into robust technical system architectures.

Strategic Partnerships: You build strong relationships with global and local platforms and foster collaboration for the sustainable further development of our IT landscape.

Innovation and Consulting: You actively contribute your ideas, propose innovative solutions, and help drive the digital transformation of our production site forward
What you bring:

Technical Expertise: Solid experience in IT/OT infrastructure management and in implementing automation solutions in a modern manufacturing environment.

Automation Know-how: Practical knowledge of system integration, virtualization (e.g. operating VMs on the shopfloor), backup structures, and ideally experience with systems such as OPC servers, SCADA, or programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Industry Experience: Several years of professional experience in the IT or automation field, ideally in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Life Science or GMP-regulated production environment).

Language Skills: Fluent German and English

Personality: A sense of responsibility, an independent way of working, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
