If/When/How seeks an experienced immigration attorney with management and mentorship experience to join our team as Senior Helpline & Immigration Counsel and expand our capacity to provide compassionate, thoughtful, legal services to people from all 50 states and U.S. Territories who call our Repro Legal Helpline.
This attorney will join a 10-person Legal Services Team and will work closely with the Legal Services Director to develop internal policies on immigration defense that support our team’s cutting-edge work. This role is supervisory and will include maintenance of a limited project/case load. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated commitment to defending people, their families, and communities against state violence.
