Location: Bucharest (flexible home, office, or hybrid working)

Location requirement: You must live within 30 miles of Bucharest to be considered

The role

You’ll take ownership of complex digital delivery across client engagements, where expectations are high, problems aren’t always well-defined, and outcomes matter.

You’re not here to just run projects. You’ll step into ambiguity, make decisions, and keep delivery moving. You’ll build trusted client relationships and act as a senior delivery partner, not just a coordinator.

Alongside client work, you'll help shape how delivery evolves at hedgehog lab. That means improving ways of working, contributing to internal initiatives, and raising the bar for how we deliver.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, programmes, and transformations

  • Own delivery outcomes across planning, governance, risks, and dependencies

  • Act as the senior delivery voice with clients, guiding decisions, managing expectations, and challenging when needed

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive alignment and momentum

  • Turn unclear or evolving requirements into structured plans, priorities, and decisions

  • Identify gaps in how we deliver and actively improve them, not just work within existing processes

What you'll bring

  • Strong experience in roles like Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Programme Manager

  • A track record of owning outcomes, not just coordinating activity

  • Experience leading complex digital delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • The ability to operate autonomously and bring clarity to messy situations

  • A consultative mindset. You challenge, guide, and add value to clients

  • Evidence of improving ways of working, not just following them

  • Strong judgement in applying Agile and delivery practices in the right way

  • Experience in complex, fast-moving, or regulated environments is a plus

  • A track record of leaving teams, projects, or processes better than you found them
