Scope and Responsibilities
- Management of bank accounts;
- Processing cash deposits and withdrawals;
- Execution of currency exchange operations;
- Processing international money transfers;
- Servicing deposit accounts;
- Verification of daily transaction reports.
Required Experience
- Higher education or specialized secondary education with an economic/financial profile;
- Experience in customer relations or a similar position is an advantage;
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
- User-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent Romanian and Russian language skills; English is an advantage;
- Communication skills, customer orientation and results-driven approach;
- Attention to detail, emotional balance and resilience to repetitive tasks.
