Job Description
We are looking for someone to work in the Creative Chapter, supporting the evolution of the discipline by connecting strategy, operations, and creativity, ensuring organization, consistency, and efficiency for the team, as well as supporting the implementation of new tools, work models, and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
Main Responsibilities Asset Management and Creative Governance
- Administer and evolve the proprietary image bank and other creative assets of the area.
- Ensure organization, updating, and accessibility of materials.
- Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks, guides, templates, and best practices of the creative discipline.
Supplier and External Team Management
- Work on the operational side with creative suppliers, production companies, freelancers, and partners.
- Conduct onboarding processes, documentation, access, and performance monitoring.
- Act as a focal point between internal teams and external partners.
- Support demand organization and external resource allocation when necessary.
Discipline Training and Development
- Organize training, workshops, events, and development actions for the creative team.
- Support knowledge dissemination initiatives, market trends, and best practices.
Internal Communication and Work Promotion
- Produce content for internal channels, newsletters, and area communications.
- Support the promotion of cases, achievements, and best practices of the team.
Motion Core and On-Demand Freelancer Management
- Monitor capacity, utilization, and hiring needs of motion designers.
- Ensure alignment between creative quality, deadlines, and available resources.
Support for Creative and Innovation Fronts
- Act as Art Director in campaigns (Key Visual and extensions), on an occasional basis.
- Participate in the implementation and evolution of automation, AI, and templating tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Propaganda, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Experience in art direction for campaign creation and extensions.
- Knowledge of creative production processes and campaign development.
- Excellent organization, communication, and ability to articulate with different stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, PPT, and AI tools in Creative.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
