Job Description
Senior position (Individual Contributor) responsible for leading one of the company's largest and most strategic clients. Acts as the owner of the account strategy, ensuring long-term growth, executive engagement, and coordination of internal teams, without direct people management.
Key responsibilities:
Account Strategy
- Lead the client's 1–3–5 year strategy.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan aligned with the client's priorities and growth objectives.
- Be the ultimate owner of performance, expansion, and risk mitigation.
Executive Relationship
- Build relationships with C-level and senior leadership at the client.
- Conduct strategic conversations focused on value and long-term partnership.
- Position the company as a strategic advisor.
Matrix Leadership
- Orchestrate internal teams (Sales, Product, CS, Legal, Finance, etc.).
- Influence priorities without formal authority.
- Resolve complex conflicts between departments.
Commercial Growth
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, deal governance, and executive rituals.
- Identify structural opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage the account with a lifetime value perspective, beyond the annual target.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global and matrix organizations.
- Track record of long-term corporate partnerships.
- Familiarity with data, technology, analytics, or B2B services.
- Experience with highly regulated sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with large and complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong background in financial services and corporate decision-making processes.
- Mastery of consultative sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Ability to influence executives without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at an executive level.
