Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct litigation and administrative proceedings, with emphasis on Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Consumer Law, including claims involving the application of norms and resolutions from the Central Bank of Brazil and related regulations applicable to payment institutions;

• Direct engagement in interface and alignment of strategies with external partner law firms;

• Support various internal company areas, contributing to the improvement of workflows and mitigation of legal risks;

• Preparation of legal documents of low, medium, and high complexity as well as general extrajudicial notices;

• Monitoring of deadlines and management of indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with active registration with the OAB;

  • Knowledge of Banking Law and Electronic Payment Methods;

  • Ability to work in teams and multidisciplinary collaboration;

  • Clear, objective, and assertive verbal and written communication;

  • Knowledge of Court of Justice websites and judicial case management systems;

  • Organization for conducting and strict control of procedural deadlines;
