Job Description
As part of their organization's transformation and the development of their Agile teams, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple teams in adopting and advancing their Agile practices maturity.
You will evolve in a complex and structured environment, interacting with Product Owners, development teams, architects, application managers and business stakeholders. Your role will be to foster collaboration, streamline processes and ensure continuous improvement momentum within teams.
Experience gained within a large IT department, a service center or a large-scale transformation program will be particularly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Support teams in applying the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective.
- Facilitate exchanges between teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting collective performance.
- Support teams in advancing their Agile maturity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Participate in scaled Agile initiatives and inter-team coordination.
- Contribute to tracking performance and delivery indicators.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.

Qualifications
Profile Sought
- Master's degree (Bac + 5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and facilitation practices.
- Significant experience in complex environments or large IT departments.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, both technical and functional.
- Previous experience in development, infrastructure, production or IT project management would be a real asset.
