Job Description
A mission at the heart of Agile Transformation, aimed at establishing new ways of working to serve better collective efficiency for our client's customers and employees, a major player in the aviation transport sector.
The mission will focus on supporting a team of 15 people, from its design to its autonomy ramp-up, supporting the implementation and operation of Agile at scale and its internal and cross-functional rituals (dimensions: cultural, methodological, behaviors and practices).
The team consists of employees with DATA expertise with technical/expert profiles on data ingestion and manipulation tools.
The tasks you will be asked to perform are as follows:
It is about fulfilling the Scrum Master role:

Prepare Agile ceremony materials (sprint planning, review, retrospective)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies

Track activity via JIRA Tempo

Prepare and facilitate the weekly meeting
-
Prepare weekly highlights in coordination with the PO
-
Track action items from Retrospectives
-
Help with story refinement
-
Ensure proper execution of the Scrum method by involving each team member to the maximum
Qualifications
Is this position right for you?
- You hold a degree from an engineering school or equivalent Bac + 5 and have at least 4 years of experience in the Agility field.
- You have managed projects in Agile / SCRUM / SaFE / Kanban.
- You are a true facilitator and know how to maintain a privileged relationship with the PO.
- You are a facilitator while maintaining quality reporting.
- You speak English fluently.
