In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in biology, chemistry, physics, laboratory management, research and development, quality science, or manufacturing science who possess a keen analytical mindset and a passion for scientific rigor. Scope of Work

  1. Review and analyze scientific figures, laboratory reports, experimental results, quality documentation, and technical publications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  2. Assess dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations, providing expert feedback on their scientific integrity and presentation.
  3. Create rubrics and evaluation stems tailored for interpreting complex industry documents and visual data representations.
  4. Interpret, summarize, and critically assess complex scientific information to support the development of robust AI training datasets.
  5. Document observations, highlight potential inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for clarity and scientific accuracy.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and high-quality project deliverables.
  7. Contribute domain-specific expertise to optimize processes and enhance the quality of training data.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Professional experience in scientific, laboratory, research, manufacturing, or quality environments.
  2. Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific figures, experiment results, laboratory documentation, and technical publications.
  3. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills applied to complex scientific or technical content.
  4. Proficiency in reviewing dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations for accuracy and utility.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear documentation and feedback.
  6. Backgrounds in biology, chemistry, physics, laboratory management, R&D, quality science, or manufacturing science are highly valued.
  7. Comfort with remote collaboration and familiarity with digital documentation tools and platforms.
