Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze sales statistics and data provided by staff to assess sales potential and inventory requirements.
  2. Monitor and evaluate customer preferences, adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and performance.
  4. Provide clear and detailed written and verbal feedback as part of AI training activities.
  5. Document and communicate best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team and training program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in Sales positions.
  2. Strong analytical abilities for interpreting sales statistics and market trends.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
  5. Demonstrated success in setting and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  6. Fluency in using digital tools and platforms for remote communication and reporting.
