Role: Sales Representative - Rare Disease / Specialty Care
- Location: Rio de Janeiro / Belo Horizonte
Job Description
The Clinical Science Associate(CSA) will be responsible for disseminating knowledge about Type 1 Diabetes and Tzield among prioritized stakeholders, supporting appropriate adoption within Brazilian sanitary regulations and internal policies.
Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialized conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you will help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency that patients deserve.
About Sanofi:
We are an R&D-driven and AI-powered biopharmaceutical company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – allows us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we pursue the miracles of science to improve people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engagement with prioritized stakeholders: Execute interactions with healthcare professionals using exclusively approved information, communicating the eligible patient profile, value proposition, access, and steps for Tzield® adoption.
• Ecosystem and pathway mapping: Identify the care flow, referral network, laboratories, and patient routines to detect where the Early Detection pathway may be blocked.
• Management of barriers and structured handoffs: Identify commercial, operational, or access barriers, and perform handoffs to MSL, KAM, Market Access, PSD, or PSP according to the nature of the barrier, coordinating to avoid duplication.
• Office-based action plans: Build and maintain plans with identified barriers, defined responsibilities, and deadlines, acting as a focal point without assuming clinical or coverage decisions.
• Disease awareness and operational support: Support the dissemination of awareness regarding Early Detection and the referral flow for testing, without inducing test requests.
• CRM discipline and insights: Maintain records of interactions and territorial plans, and contribute insights regarding customer maturity, adoption barriers, and needs for materials/training.
• Compliance and ethical guardrails: Act within internal policies and applicable regulations, without accessing individualized patient data, without using pathway metrics as individual targets, and clearly separating promotional objectives from pathway enablement.
