Job Responsibilities
- Systematically learn medical fundamentals, product knowledge, and industry compliance standards under company policies and compliance guidelines;
- Become familiar with academic communication techniques and professional exchange skills through simulated academic communication exercises and observational learning, and understand daily business processes without bearing business targets
- Collect market information through the company management system and other compliant channels and methods, and prepare market research reports
- Prepare for academic conferences including scheduling and materials preparation
- Participate in team weekly and monthly meetings, assist the team with daily data consolidation, work progress tracking, and other internal operational support
- Master company compliance policies, operational standards, and behavioral norms related to promotional activities
- Actively engage in the team's phased training and complete phased professional knowledge assessments and internship performance evaluations.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree

Major Requirements: Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Nursing, or related majors

Minimum 3 working days per week for internship, internship duration of 3 months or more; long-term interns are preferred
