We manage relationships with our corporate clients, developing customized mobility solutions for companies across all sectors. We are the bridge between Cabify's technology and the real needs of businesses, driving the transformation of corporate transportation. We work with passion to deliver exceptional service and build strategic partnerships that boost the growth of Cabify for Business.

Your mission

Your mission will be to drive the growth of our B2B portfolio in Chile, identifying and attracting new companies that want to transform their corporate mobility with Cabify, and ensuring success from the first contact.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

▸ Design and execute B2B prospecting strategies, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads in the Chilean market.

▸ Efficiently manage the complete sales cycle in our CRM, from first contact to closing, ensuring data quality.

▸ Present personalized mobility solutions to potential clients, negotiating and closing agreements that generate mutual value.

▸ Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize your commercial strategies.

▸ Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure an exceptional experience and successful implementation of our solutions for new clients.

What are we looking for?

▸ Affinity with our principles

▸ Degree in Commercial Engineering or related fields.

▸ 0-1 years of experience in B2B commercial roles, preferably in sales or business development.

▸ Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline management.

▸ Analytical ability to interpret sales and market data, transforming them into strategic actions.

▸ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
