Job Description
What does your working day look like ...

You develop and implement creative marketing strategies for our F&B outlets in close collaboration with local F&B partners.

You plan and carry out marketing activities for our hotel.

You ensure a consistent and professional brand presence for the hotel and our F&B outlets in line with the corporate design guidelines.

You manage and coordinate all guest communication in the house, both in print and on social media.

You plan, organize and support press, influencer and client events in close collaboration with the Sales Manager.

You take care of sponsorship, advertising partnerships and brand presentations at events, and conduct related negotiations.

You build up PR and media contacts and maintain existing relationships.

You independently create creative photo, video and text content in German and English for newsletters and social media, always with a feel for our brand identity and the right tone.
Qualifications

- You have already demonstrated work experience and leadership skills in a similar marketing position and speak good English.
- You can inspire people to embrace our concept and are convinced of it yourself.
- You are a doer, and you openly admit when you have made a mistake.
