Sales Consultant - Bone - Interior of São Paulo
Strategic position within the Bone Health franchise, with a focus on a key territory in the interior of São Paulo. The role will be responsible for driving the growth and positioning of innovative products such as Prolia (denosumab) and Evenity (romosozumab), benchmarks in the treatment of osteoporosis.
The position combines commercial execution, demand generation, and cross-functional work, collaborating closely with Marketing, Access, and Medical departments to maximize opportunities across different channels (retail, institutional, and public).
The professional will play a fundamental role in building solid relationships with prescribing physicians and healthcare system stakeholders, in addition to developing and executing strategic territory plans that directly impact business results.
Furthermore, you will be part of a company with a strong culture oriented toward the patient, ethics, and excellence, where collaboration, trust, and a focus on sustainable results are essential.
Territory of operation: primary coverage of the cities of Piracicaba, Limeira, Americana, and São João da Boa Vista. Candidates residing in the mentioned cities will be prioritized.
Main activities:

Implement marketing and demand generation strategies for Prolia and Evenity products, ensuring their correct execution in the territory.

Ensure the maintenance and growth of demand in retail, institutional, and public channels, aligned with commercial and marketing guidelines.

Identify and develop business opportunities in public and non-retail private channels, acting in an integrated manner with the Access team.

Meet sales objectives and performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, including targets for in-person and remote visits, medical panel coverage, registration quality, and segmentation.

Develop, implement, and monitor territorial action plans (account plans) based on continuous territory analysis and alignment with brand strategy.

Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with prescribing physicians and key stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement and value generation.

Act cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Access, and Medical areas, aiming to improve strategic execution and identify new growth opportunities.

Support and actively participate in continuing medical education programs, scientific events, and territorial initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Medical.

Ensure technical and scientific excellence in product promotion, communicating clinical evidence, differentiators, and positioning against competitors safely and consistently.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distribution capillarity and the execution of actions with major stakeholders in the retail channel.

Support the medical team in conducting technical training directed at clients, ensuring the proper use of products.

Ensure that all activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory standards, Compliance policies, and the Amgen Code of Conduct.

Basic Qualifications:
Completed higher education and previous experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Desirable Qualifications:

Strong analytical capacity combined with a strategic vision, with the ability to transform data into effective action plans.

Experience in high-value-added sales, with a focus on highly complex products with a strong scientific component.

Experience in managing public and private accounts, acting in an integrated manner with the Access area and in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, and Medical).

Mastery of digital tools and adaptation to hybrid work models, using different channels for stakeholder engagement.

Clear, objective, and structured communication, with strong influencing skills. Ability to adapt to different communication styles, ensuring effective interactions with diverse client and partner profiles.

Innovative and creative profile, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and solutions for the business.

High emotional intelligence, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening, strengthening relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal relationship and persuasion skills, contributing to the building of long-term partnerships.

Postgraduate degree and knowledge of English will be considered differentials.
