Sales Consultant – Biosimilars – Brasilia

What you will do

The biosimilars sales consultant position assigns a strategic and important territory in the composition of the business unit's results and to serve patients in the Brazilian private and public markets.

Responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategies, through demand generation, acting as a bridge for negotiation in key accounts with the access team, with the objective of generating business for Amgen Brazil's biosimilars unit.

Main activities:

• Lead the implementation of Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation strategies, acting as a link between key stakeholders and the Access area, with a focus on generating business and expanding Amgen Brazil's Biosimilars unit.

• Ensure the maintenance and sustainable growth of biosimilars portfolio demand in private and public markets (non-retail), ensuring alignment with Marketing, Commercial, and Access strategies.

• Achieve sales objectives and Market Share targets defined for the region, as well as performance indicators related to account management, strategic segmentation, coverage, and frequency of in-person and remote visits to accounts, physicians, and pharmacists.

• Work in an integrated manner with the Commercial, Marketing, and Access areas, contributing to excellence in strategy execution and identifying new business opportunities that drive affiliate results.

• Develop, strengthen, and maintain collaborative relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and other stakeholders, positioning Amgen as a strategic partner for healthcare professionals.

• Develop and implement territorial action plans aligned with brand strategies, aiming to maximize opportunities and results in the territory.

• Support the execution of continuing medical education programs, participate in congresses and scientific events, and actively collaborate with Medical and Marketing areas in developing regional initiatives.

• Conduct continuous analysis of the territory to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends, developing action plans together with Access, Medical, and Commercial areas.

• Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with Amgen's internal policies, as well as regulatory and Compliance requirements.

• Support the medical area in conducting training directed at strategic customers, ensuring correct product use and knowledge.

• Collaborate with the commercial team in monitoring purchases, tracking demand, and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring product availability and proper delivery.
