The Revenue Management area plays a fundamental role in aligning Marketing strategy with commercial actions, with a primary focus on financial results. The main objective is to continuously analyze results and find volume or price opportunities for the channel's main products, through commercial policies adapted to clients (public and private) and the product's lifecycle stage (access and competition).

Key responsibilities:

Assist in building and adapting commercial policies aligned with Marketing strategy, product access, and client profiles.

Support the commercial team in preparing commercial proposals and defining negotiation strategies aligned with the needs of the business and the Business Unit.

Provide training to the commercial team on analytical skills and financial messaging related to commercial strategies.

Lead monthly cross-functional committees for the evaluation, approval, and monitoring of commercial proposals.

Track, analyze, and report on Revenue Management initiatives and indicators, identifying opportunities for profitability and volume optimization.

Monitor the commercial performance of key accounts and products in the Non-Retail channel, proposing actions to improve financial results.

Participate in financial planning cycles, contributing with analyses of discounts and sustainable investments for product strategy.

Ensure compliance with Ethics and Integrity principles, Sanofi corporate policies, and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical market.

Promote and comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, as well as support Sanofi's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
About you: _ _
Education:
Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
-
Professional experience in roles involving data analysis, performance indicators, and support for business decision-making.

Strong analytical profile, with the ability to interpret large volumes of information, identify trends, generate insights, and transform data into actionable recommendations.

Experience in preparing, tracking, and presenting analyses for different stakeholders, contributing to commercial, financial, or strategic decisions.

Familiarity with business performance metrics and financial concepts, such as profitability, margin, investments, and results analysis.
Technical and interpersonal skills:

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and high-impact projects.

Aptitude and ease with numbers.

Holistic and integrated thinking.

Prior knowledge of the institutional market is desirable.

Organization and method.

Good verbal and written communication.

Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus.
