Tasks through which you will become an expert:
- In advising retail customers on daily finances, as well as on unsecured loans, investments and insurance.
- In building an investment portfolio that fits the customers' needs and risk tolerance.
- In acquisition and active cross-selling.
- In organising and conducting customer negotiations.
This is for you if:
- You have at least a secondary school qualification and an MNB capital market agent licence exam or an equivalent.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a retail advisor in bank retail customer service.
- You have professional experience in lending and investments.
- You have a customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
