About this position

As part of our recruitment campaign, we will be pleased to invite shortlisted candidates to a dedicated day, organized on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at our offices in Paris.

Here are the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you:

1. Support for Retail tools & store assistance

  • Master the main tools of the PVH network (GKPOS, SAP, StoreForce, RFID, etc.) and support stores in their daily use
  • Act as the liaison with the headquarters in Amsterdam for updates, training, and tool developments
  • Centralize and track incidents with the Retail Support and Retail Operations teams
  • Assist in training store teams on Retail tools and processes

2. Performance monitoring & Reporting

  • Produce and consolidate weekly reports to centralize the monitoring of key Retail Operations KPIs
  • Analyze results, identify discrepancies and points of attention, and prepare summaries for the Retail teams
  • Monitor RFID performance and support stores in achieving the 97% accuracy target
  • Control schedules via StoreForce, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate with store managers

3. Retail coordination & support

  • Provide daily support to Area Managers and store teams regarding their operational issues
  • Facilitate communication between stores, Retail teams, and the European headquarters in Amsterdam, particularly through the translation and adaptation of communications
  • Participate in weekly calls with the South West Hub and meetings related to various projects
  • Occasionally perform certain operational support tasks, such as creating sales associate codes

4. Projects & continuous improvement

  • Participate in the deployment and monitoring of Retail Operations projects (store openings)
  • Create and lead challenges around OPS tools to strengthen their adoption by store teams
  • Contribute to process improvement and the optimization of reporting and KPI tracking tools

About the team

You will report to the Omnichannel & Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager South West Hub and will work in close collaboration with all Retail teams. For us, team spirit is essential, and we are convinced that working in a good mood helps contribute to performance!

About you

If you are curious, passionate about fashion, and determined to spread positive vibes, this position is for you!

  • You have a good level of English (written)
  • You have a good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are comfortable with digital tools
  • You ideally have 6 months of experience in the retail world
  • You have a strong taste for numbers, analysis, and the transcription of this data
  • You must have an internship agreement (convention de stage).

Knowing how to anticipate, being responsive, and being proactive are key skills.
