For our location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a: Replenishment Planner

As a Replenishment Planner, you are part of the Replenishment Planning team within the CoE Supply Chain Management at the Boxmeer site, from where they perform activities to ensure the timely availability of the right quantity of products for global local sales offices (ComOps).
About the role
This Replenishment Planner focuses on both short-term planning and medium- to long-term planning, with a specific focus on packaging resources. In addition to the responsibility for creating, monitoring, and optimizing schedules, the role holder actively participates in projects and can also lead them.
The Replenishment Planner role requires a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset. By maintaining a clear overview of complex planning issues, available resources are optimally utilized, and bottlenecks are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Even under pressure, the role holder continues to work accurately and is able to set the right priorities. This involves combining a proactive attitude with an inclusive way of working, where various stakeholders are involved and shared objectives are central.
Tasks and responsibilities

Short Term Planning (order fulfillment of customer orders, master data management, KPI/error follow-up).

Mid Term Planning – monthly evaluation of capacity versus demand up to 24 months into the future.

Long Term Planning (ABR/5YP) – annual evaluation of capacity availability up to 5 years into the future.

IBP cycle – responsible for preparing and executing the Capacity Review and Supply Review.

Budget/Rolling Forecast – determining volumes 3 times a year for the annual budget and updates thereof (Rolling Forecast).

Initiating, executing, and/or leading complex (global) projects, problem-solving, improvement initiatives, and/or process changes that (may) have an impact on the Replenishment process in terms of quality, efficiency, or effectiveness.

Expert and responsible for ensuring that the Replenishment process interests of the Boxmeer site are represented in relation to the Global Replenishment process.
Your profile

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
-
Excellent knowledge of the English language
-
Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, preferably SAP

3-5 years of work experience in an SCM role, preferably in a relevant industry (familiar with GMP)

Experience with facilitating and steering problem-solving (e.g., via 8-step problem solving) and implementing process improvements

Relationship management

Experience using metrics to visualize and report on trends and issues

Experience with S&OP or IBP processes

Expertise in LEAN/Continuous Improvement methodology
