Salary conditions
1,900 EUR/month
We are open to discussing a salary starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience, plus an attractive variable pay component.
Purpose and scope of the job
What we expect from you
It does not happen often, but we are currently offering you a unique career opportunity in our Corporate Business Network in Bratislava!
We are looking for an experienced relationship manager who:
- builds, develops and maintains relationships with clients, companies in the SME segment,
- identifies suitable potential clients,
- carries out direct acquisition activities in this segment,
- prepares high-quality proposals for approval of active transactions for clients,
- concludes active transactions with clients,
- contributes to meeting and complies with the KPIs set by the bank,
- manages the existing portfolio of SME companies,
- provides clients with advice on addressing their financial needs,
- identifies and sells other products and services that are useful to the client (assets, liabilities, payment services),
- is responsible for monitoring the quality of the credit portfolio.

- Performance reward. Each quarter you receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual goals.

Required experience
Candidates for this position should have the following education:
- University degree, second level (Master's), in economics
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least one year of experience in sales with corporate clients (SME experience is an advantage),
- have a university degree in economics or two years of experience in economic advisory/accounting/development projects/insurance (including while studying), which is essential,
- have the ability to analyze financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow,
- are an active driver, communicative, and have the ability to work in a team.
