**This is a hybrid position, open to candidates located in Joinville/SC, Brazil**
As a Registration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and ready for approval. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data and supporting quality processes.
HOW WE WILL WIN TOGETHER, DAY BY DAY
- Analyze and interpret product packaging information and enter it into our platform
- Ensure all data follows predefined guidelines and templates
- Audit the accuracy of content created by team members and external contributors
- Validate and correct information before approval by the manufacturer
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS DESCRIBES YOU
- High school diploma required; higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus
- Technical skills: Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Behavioral skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and good communication
- Experience: No previous experience required — we provide training!
- Availability to work on-site at our office in Joinville, 5 days a week.
