Salary conditions
5 500 EUR/month
We are open to discussing a salary starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience. Annual bonuses average around 40%, depending on the achievement of individual and group goals.
Purpose and scope of the role
We are looking for an experienced leader who will take responsibility for managing business activities within the relevant region.
We are looking for a strategically minded individual with excellent business skills, experience leading teams and the ability to influence the development of corporate banking.

Your responsibilities will include:
- managing business activities in the Central and Eastern Slovakia region and ensuring the achievement of business goals and KPIs,
- leading and developing a team of managers of 5 corporate business centers,
- making decisions on business activities, optimization of the sales network and efficiency of client service,
- preparing proposals for the concept of development and changes to the corporate sales network in the region,
- analyzing regional market dynamics, monitoring market trends, competition and the development of client segments,
- setting and implementing the business strategy in line with the bank’s objectives,
- actively building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients,
- preparing and selling special offers of the bank’s and its financial group’s products and services to a defined client segment,
- cooperating with other bank departments to improve client solutions and processes,
- presenting credit proposals for clients to the bank’s credit committee.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suited to this position:
- second-degree university education (economics preferred)
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have a second-degree university education (economics preferred),
- have at least 7 years of experience in corporate banking, ideally in the SME segment,
- have proven experience leading larger teams or managing a sales network,
- have the ability to analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow),
- have knowledge of banking products and the needs of corporate clients,
- speak English at B2 level or higher,
- hold a category B driving licence and are an active driver,
- have excellent communication and presentation skills, a results orientation and strategic thinking.
