Job Description

Job Objective:

Responsible for the promotion of the company's designated products within the assigned region. Through effective regional management, team management, and personnel motivation, guide the team to implement the company's strategies and marketing plans to ensure the achievement of company goals and the expansion of market share. Build and maintain strong business relationships with KOLs within the region to establish the company and product brand image. Strengthen collaboration with relevant departments to drive comprehensive business development. Develop and coach subordinates.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Management

• Determine annual, quarterly, and monthly goals and plans, and achieve expected targets, market share, and growth rates within the specified budget.

• Develop and execute joint visit plans to utilize time effectively and fully.

• Ensure the correct execution of the company's market development strategy in the region, analyze the regional market, and ensure the rational allocation and effective investment of resources.

• Collect and provide timely and accurate market information feedback, forecast regional market risks, and ensure the effective advancement of market access work.

• Maintain high-level professional visits and establish stable and good cooperation with key customers.

• Track and understand regional procurement, sales, and inventory status to ensure reasonable regional inventory and prevent returns of near-expiry or expired products.

• Work closely with regional commercial colleagues to ensure smooth supply.

• Build good relationships with experts in various fields, and through close cooperation with the Marketing Department, Commercial Department, and other departments, ensure successful bidding and the entry of products into hospital drug lists/medical insurance lists.

• Effectively allocate resources and guide subordinates to reasonably control expenses.

• Provide regional forecasts and goal allocations monthly, and provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner.

• Complete other reports required by the company in a timely and accurate manner.

Team Management and Personnel Development

• Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent.

• Manage and coach frontline managers, and improve their coaching and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits and training.

• Complete quarterly performance evaluations and provide timely, targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better goals.

• Through performance management and personnel development plans, identify training needs, develop and retain talent, reduce employee turnover, and meet the company's required turnover rate control indicators.

• Recruit suitable team members and build a talent resource reserve system.

• Ensure that departing employees complete work handovers according to company regulations.

• Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments, helping each other solve problems to achieve mutual growth for individuals and the team.

• Create a good working atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and transparency.

• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Product Knowledge

• Master complete and constantly updated product knowledge to ensure that product promotion information is consistent with the company's Marketing Department.

• Ensure that the team maximizes the use of product knowledge for effective academic promotion and that team members meet the requirements for product knowledge and professional skills.

• Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the Marketing Department to facilitate product promotion.

• Understand relevant knowledge of competitors' similar products.

Professional Conduct

• Ensure strict compliance with the company's various SOPs and financial systems during work, and ensure that the team's behavior conforms to the company's ethical standards and principles.

• Maintain a good professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and words and actions meeting company requirements.

• Possess a spirit of dedication, actively engage in the job, and set an example.

Basic Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales team management experience, with regional second-line management experience; Oncology field preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
